By downloading, installing, or using PerfectEar ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the code
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Resell or sublicense access to the App

3. User Account

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, sounds, music, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

PerfectEar offers Premium subscriptions. Full details are available in the Subscription Terms.

All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Specific learning results will be achieved

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
